SB20260310107 - Multiple vulnerabilities in Adobe Acrobat and Reader

Description

This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-27220)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise vulnerable system.

The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error when handling PDF files. A remote attacker can trick the victim into opening a specially crafted PDF file and execute arbitrary code on the system.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may allow an attacker to compromise vulnerable system.

2) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-27278)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise vulnerable system.

The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error when handling PDF files. A remote attacker can trick the victim into opening a specially crafted PDF file and execute arbitrary code on the system.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may allow an attacker to compromise vulnerable system.

3) Improper verification of cryptographic signature (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-27221)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform spoofing attack.

The vulnerability exists due to improper verification of cryptographic signature. A remote attacker can trick the victim into opening a specially crafted PDF file and spoof its content.
