Description

This security bulletin contains information about 1 security vulnerability.

1) SQL injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-32234)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to inject arbitrary SQL commands.

The vulnerability exists due to improper neutralization of special elements used in an SQL command in the query handler when processing crafted field names in query constraints with the $regex operator. A remote privileged user can send a specially crafted query to inject arbitrary SQL commands.

This issue only affects deployments using PostgreSQL and allows operations at the database level rather than through the Parse Server abstraction layer.
