The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service attack.
The vulnerability exists due to a boundary condition within the Windows HTTP.sys driver when handling HTTP/3 requests. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request to the web server and perform a denial of service attack.
