Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Out-of-bounds read (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-27931)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary condition in Windows GDI. A remote attacker can trick a victim to open or preview content that contains the malicious Enhanced Metafile (EMF), trigger an out-of-bounds read error and read contents of memory on the system.

2) Out-of-bounds read (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-27930)
