The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to disclose sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to operation on a resource after expiration or release in the IPsec tunnel re-establishment handling when re-establishing IPsec tunnels after physical interface flaps or certain agent restarts. A remote attacker can trigger sequence number mismatches between tunnel endpoints to disclose sensitive information.

Only systems with certain IPsec features enabled and IPsec anti-replay detection disabled are vulnerable.
