The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass read and write permission checks.
The vulnerability exists due to improper access control in the node:sqlite DatabaseSync interface when executing an ATTACH DATABASE statement. A remote attacker can execute a crafted SQL statement to bypass read and write permission checks.
