The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to out-of-bounds access in set_rps_cpu() when processing receive packet steering flow identifiers. A local user can trigger the vulnerable code path to cause a denial of service.
The issue can result in out-of-bounds access and kernel crashes.
