Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 vulnerabilities.

1) Execution with unnecessary privileges (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-42833)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to execution with unnecessary privileges in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premises). A remote administrator can execute arbitrary code on the system.

2) Code Injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-42898)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Premises. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
