Description
This security bulletin contains information about 4 vulnerabilities.
1) Files or Directories Accessible to External Parties (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-14771)
CWE-ID: CWE-552 - Files or Directories Accessible to External Parties
CVSSv4: CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/E:U/U:Green
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the target system. The vulnerability exists due to the files or directories accessible to external parties. A remote user can use a specially crafted HTTP GET request to exfiltrate files containing sensitive information and gain access to the system.
2) Authorization bypass through user-controlled key (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-14772)
CWE-ID: CWE-639 - Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key
CVSSv4: CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/E:U/U:Green
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to authorization bypass through user-controlled key. A remote user can perform administrative operations.
3) Stored cross-site scripting (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-14773)
CWE-ID: CWE-79 - Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')
CVSSv4: CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:P/VC:N/VI:N/VA:N/SC:L/SI:L/SA:N/E:U/U:Clear
The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data. A remote user can inject and execute arbitrary HTML and script code in user's browser in context of vulnerable website.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to steal potentially sensitive information, change appearance of the web page, perform phishing and drive-by-download attacks.
4) Incorrect authorization (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-14774)
CWE-ID: CWE-863 - Incorrect Authorization
CVSSv4: CVSS:4.0/AV:A/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/E:U/U:Green
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass authorization checks.
The vulnerability exists due to insecure network protocol in the Card Reader service. A remote attacker on the local network can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack on the system.
