The vulnerability allows a remote user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in CommandAssembler when processing malformed AMQP content header and body frames from a connected broker peer. A remote user can send a specially crafted frame sequence to cause a denial of service.
Exploitation requires a broker peer that the client has connected to and an open non-zero channel that can receive a content-bearing server-to-client method.
