The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to escalate privileges.

The vulnerability exists due to uncontrolled search path element in Creative Cloud Desktop Application when loading resources on Windows. A remote attacker can place a malicious file in a searched path to escalate privileges.


2) Time-of-check Time-of-use (TOCTOU) Race Condition (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-48344)
