The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability exists due to deserialization of untrusted data in the relocation feature import worker process when processing a crafted relocation archive. A remote user can submit a crafted relocation archive to execute arbitrary code.

Only instances with the relocation feature enabled are vulnerable. Self-hosted instances using default configuration are not affected because the feature is disabled by default.
