1) Interpretation Conflict (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-13676)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to modify data on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to fast-uri fail to canonicalize Unicode (IDN) hostnames for HTTP-family URLs. The IDN conversion path calls a helper that does not exist on the global URL constructor, silently leaving the host in its original Unicode form while normalize() and equal() still return values that differ from a WHATWG-compatible URL parser. A remote attacker can trigger the vulnerability to modify data on the system.

The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary code.
The vulnerability exists due to improper control of code generation in generated toObject code when processing an attacker-controlled protobuf descriptor with a non-string default value for a bytes field and converting a message with defaults enabled. A remote user can provide a crafted descriptor to execute arbitrary code.
Exploitation requires the application to load an attacker-controlled schema or descriptor and call toObject with defaults enabled for the affected type.

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code.
The vulnerability exists due to improper control of code generation in _.template when processing untrusted options.imports key names. A remote attacker can supply crafted imports key names to execute arbitrary code.
Code execution occurs at template compilation time. If Object.prototype has been polluted by another vector, inherited polluted keys can also be copied into the imports object and passed to Function().

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass host-based security checks and route requests to an unintended authority.
The vulnerability exists due to interpretation conflict in the URI host component when processing percent-encoded authority delimiters. A remote attacker can supply a specially crafted URL to bypass host-based security checks and route requests to an unintended authority.
This issue can affect applications that normalize untrusted URLs before host allowlist checks, redirect validation, or outbound request routing.

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to an origin validation error in the HMR WebSocket handling when processing WebSocket connections through a user-configured proxy with a broad context and WebSocket forwarding enabled. A remote attacker can cause the dev server's HMR WebSocket to be intercepted and forwarded to the proxy target to cause a denial of service.
The issue can leak the browser's cookies and Origin header to the backend and bypass the dev server's Host and Origin validation.
