The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper access of device registers in dwc3_ulpi_setup() when configuring USB2 PHY settings. A local user can trigger the vulnerable code path to cause a denial of service.

The issue is associated with incorrect arguments passed to dwc3_readl() and dwc3_writel() in the DWC3 core driver.
