CWE-ID: CWE-415 - Double Free

CVSSv4: 6.8 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]

The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to a double unlock in cachefiles_get_directory() when handling an -ENOMEM error from start_creating(). A local user can trigger the affected error path to cause a denial of service.

The issue corrupts the rwsem state after the parent directory lock has already been released in __start_dirop().
