1) Operation on a Resource after Expiration or Release (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-74559)

CWE-ID: CWE-672 - Operation on a Resource after Expiration or Release

CVSSv4: 6.8 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]

The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper state management in xsk_build_skb() and the generic AF_XDP transmit path when processing fragmented packet descriptors after an overflow or invalid descriptor condition. A local user can submit crafted multi-buffer descriptors to cause a denial of service.

The issue occurs when the count of descriptors exceeds MAX_SKB_FRAGS or an invalid descriptor is included in a fragmented packet.
