The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to improper resource shutdown or release in the pl35x NAND controller probe routine when unloading the affected kernel module after mapping device registers. A local user can trigger the affected probe and unload path to cause a denial of service.
