The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper resource shutdown in the macb driver transmit queue handling when closing the network device. A local user can trigger device close operations while transmit SKBs remain in flight to cause a denial of service.

The issue affects outgoing SKBs that have not yet been marked as completed and are stored in queue->tx_skb.
