The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in luo_session_ioctl() when handling session ioctl operations. A local user can invoke an ioctl intended for a different session type to cause a denial of service.
The issue can trigger unexpected internal errors and WARN() messages when incoming-only operations are used on an outgoing session.
