This security bulletin contains information about 2 vulnerabilities.

1) Insecure DLL loading (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-55013)

CWE-ID: CWE-427 - Uncontrolled Search Path Element

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform spoofing.

The vulnerability exists due to uncontrolled search path element in Windows Remote Help Defense when loading resources from the search path. A local user can place a malicious file in a searched location to perform spoofing.

The vulnerability exists due to uncontrolled search path element in Windows Remote Help when loading resources from the search path. A local user can place a malicious file in a searched location to cause a denial of service.
