The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to improper flow-control handling in the HTTP/2 implementation when processing stalled flow-control conditions. A remote attacker can send HTTP/2 traffic that triggers stalled flow-control conditions to cause a denial of service.
