Description

This security bulletin contains information about 3 vulnerabilities.

1) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-82592)

CWE-ID: CWE-121 - Stack-based buffer overflow

CVSSv4: 8.7 [CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in Disk Formatting Handler within the "sub_46725C" argument of the /boafrm/formDiskFormat file. A remote user can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

2) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-82593)

CWE-ID: CWE-121 - Stack-based buffer overflow

CVSSv4: 8.7 [CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in LTE Module Firmware Upgrade handler within the "sub_41802C" function. A remote user can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

3) OS Command Injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-82595)

CWE-ID: CWE-78 - Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection')

CVSSv4: 8.7 [CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary shell commands on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in System Command Execution handler within the "sub_456CF4" function. A remote user can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary OS commands on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
