The vulnerability allows a local privileged user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to improper lock management in mlx5e_tc_del_flow() when deleting a peer TC flow after lower-level FDB flow creation fails. A local privileged user can configure a traffic-control flower filter that creates a peer flow to cause a denial of service.
