The vulnerability allows a local user to submit a job before the address register map is initialized.
The vulnerability exists due to a race condition in the Tegra GR2D and GR3D drivers when submitting a job after the HOST1X client becomes available to userspace and before initialization completes. A local user can submit a job during this initialization window to submit a job before the address register map is initialized.
