The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in the KFD CRIU restore functions when processing user-supplied CRIU restore data. A local user can supply a restored event or buffer object ID larger than INT_MAX to cause a denial of service.
The denial of service requires panic_on_warn to be enabled.
Remediation
Install update from vendor's website.
