1) Missing Authorization (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-86479)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to access restricted REST API resources.

The vulnerability exists due to missing authorization in restricted REST API resources when processing requests that reference resource identifiers. A remote user can send a request referencing a restricted resource identifier to access restricted REST API resources.

2) Authentication Bypass by Spoofing (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-86478)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to take over accounts.

The vulnerability exists due to improper authentication in YouTrack Helpdesk when processing a self-asserted email address. A remote attacker can provide a self-asserted email address to take over accounts.
