The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability exists due to improper access control in vulnerable SharePoint APIs when processing specially formatted unsafe data input. A remote user can send specially formatted input to a susceptible API to execute arbitrary code.


2) SQL injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-69636)

Disclosed information may include organizational email addresses, sites, filenames, or file URLs.
