1) Improper Certificate Validation (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-85102)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability exists due to improper validation of certificate data in the Remote Access and Site-to-Site VPN functionality when negotiating VPN connections. A remote attacker can send specially crafted certificate data during VPN negotiation to execute arbitrary code.


2) Heap-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-85103)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability exists due to a heap-based buffer overflow in the VPN certificate ASN.1 decoding flow when decoding VPN certificates. A remote attacker can send a crafted VPN certificate to execute arbitrary code.
