The vulnerability allows a remote user to disclose configured third-party provider credentials to an unrelated provider endpoint.

The vulnerability exists due to improper endpoint selection in the OpenAI-compatible transport when a pinned third-party provider session continues after model configuration is reloaded without a concrete provider base URL. A remote user can cause a request to be sent to the default endpoint with the retained provider credential to disclose configured third-party provider credentials to an unrelated provider endpoint.

The vulnerability allows a remote user to broaden durable read or write access.

The vulnerability exists due to incorrect authorization in file-transfer allow-always approvals when reusing a standing grant for a sibling path or a different node with the same display name. A remote user can reuse an approved standing grant to broaden durable read or write access.

User interaction is required for an operator to approve the original file-transfer request.

The vulnerability exists due to incorrect authorization in reusable exec approvals when reusing an approved command in a different working directory. A remote user can obtain an allow-always approval for a command and reuse it in a directory with materially different read or write effects to access or modify unreviewed files or repositories.

The vulnerability exists due to incorrect behavior order: validate before canonicalize in the tools.fs.workspaceOnly Unicode filename fallback when retrying a missing path within the configured workspace. A remote user can request access to a known file outside the configured workspace boundary to disclose sensitive information.

Exploitation requires distinct canonically equivalent sibling directory names on the filesystem and knowledge of a useful target path; it does not rely on symlinks or hardlinks.
