The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to improper runqueue lock handling in sched_ext dispatch kfuncs when dispatching for a sibling runqueue under core scheduling. A local user can invoke affected scheduler dispatch operations to cause a denial of service.
