The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to incorrect memory page order handling in the ring buffer cached reader page handling when discarding a cached reader page after a concurrent ring buffer resize. A local user can cause a cached reader page to be discarded after a concurrent ring buffer resize to cause a denial of service.
