The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper handling of positive NVMe status codes in nvme_update_ns_info_block() when processing a failed NVMe zone information query. A remote attacker can cause the zone information query to fail, resulting in a zoned queue with a zero zone size.
