The vulnerability allows a remote user to disclose server-local file contents.

The vulnerability exists due to improper restriction of XML external entity reference in the MavenPackPanel Maven POM parser when parsing Maven POM files. A remote user can submit a Maven POM containing a file:// external entity to disclose server-local file contents.

Exploitation requires package writer permission on any project.
