The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to recursive locking in i3c_master_register_new_i3c_devs() in the I3C master subsystem when registering newly discovered I3C devices. A local user can trigger I3C device registration to cause a denial of service.
