The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to a memory reclaim deadlock in the UFS TX EQTR call tree when TX EQTR runs while devfreq gear scaling has quiesced the UFS tagset. A local user can trigger TX EQTR while UFS I/O is suspended to cause a denial of service.
