The vulnerability allows a local privileged user to cause a kernel warning.
The vulnerability exists due to improper synchronization and flag handling in the BPF trampoline flag management logic when attaching multiple fexit programs targeting a tail-call-reachable BPF program. A local privileged user can attach fexit programs and close an attached fexit link to cause a kernel warning.
