The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to improper resource cleanup in the mt7996 full reset path when performing a full chip reset. A local user can initiate a full chip reset to cause a denial of service.

Repeated full resets can exhaust the MLD index space.
