The vulnerability allows a local privileged user to trigger a race condition between runtime power management and device removal.

The vulnerability exists due to improper synchronization in zynqmp_dma_remove() in the ZynqMP DMA driver when removing or unbinding a device while runtime power management transitions occur. A local privileged user can remove or unbind the device during runtime power management activity to trigger a race condition between runtime power management and device removal.
