The vulnerability allows a local user to write past the end of the XSK buffer array.

The vulnerability exists due to an out-of-bounds write in the virtio_net RX ring resize handling when resizing the RX ring while an AF_XDP socket is attached. A local user can resize the RX ring to write past the end of the XSK buffer array.
