The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to improper resource cleanup in the RDMA counter allocation and binding routine alloc_and_bind() when handling repeated RDMA queue pair bind failures. A local user can repeatedly trigger queue pair bind failures to cause a denial of service.
