The vulnerability allows a local user to trigger a warning condition during regulator release.
The vulnerability exists due to improper resource shutdown or release in rcar_gen3_phy_usb2_vbus_regulator_get_exclusive_enable() when removing a device while the VBUS regulator remains enabled. A local user can remove a device under this condition to trigger a warning condition during regulator release.
