The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a use-after-free condition.

The vulnerability exists due to improper task reference count validation in css_task_iter_next() when iterating dying tasks through cgroup.procs. A local user can read cgroup.procs while tasks exit to cause a use-after-free condition.
