The vulnerability allows a local user to trigger a use-after-free condition.
The vulnerability exists due to use-after-free in histogram trigger registration cleanup when enabling a histogram trigger fails. A local user can cause histogram trigger enablement to fail, leaving a freed trigger referenced by the named trigger list, to trigger a use-after-free condition.
