The vulnerability allows a local user to trigger a kernel warning.
The vulnerability exists due to improper handling of an exceptional condition in printk kernel-thread creation when kthread_run() fails after __kthread_create_on_node() returns -EINTR following SIGKILL. A local user can cause kthread_run() to fail to trigger a kernel warning.
