The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass authentication process.

The vulnerability exists due to flawed 2FA enforcement logic. A remote user can bypass authentication process and gain unauthorized access to the application.

The vulnerability exists due to the affected module does not enforce the second factor when a user logs in with Drupal core's one-time login link. A remote attacker can bypass authentication process and gain unauthorized access to the application.
