1) NULL pointer dereference (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-98416)

CWE-ID: CWE-476 - NULL Pointer Dereference

CVSSv4: 0 [CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]

The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to a null pointer dereference in k3_udma_glue_release_rx_chn() in the Linux kernel TI K3 UDMA glue driver when handling a receive-channel request after memory allocation fails. A local user can trigger the affected cleanup path to cause a denial of service.

The failure occurs when devm_kcalloc() cannot allocate the receive-channel flow array and cleanup subsequently calls k3_udma_glue_release_rx_flow().
