CWE-ID: CWE-284 - Improper Access Control
CVSSv4: 4.8 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]
The vulnerability allows a local user to disclose sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to improper access control in SO_ATTACH_FILTER on TCP sockets when attaching a cBPF filter. A local user can attach a filter to leak TCP sequence and acknowledgment numbers to disclose sensitive information.
Exploitation requires access to create or control a TCP socket and use the socket option interface.
2) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-53388)
CWE-ID: CWE-416 - Use After Free
CVSSv4: 6.8 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to use-after-free in fuse_try_move_folio() in the FUSE subsystem when moving a page cache folio during FUSE read handling. A local user can trigger a race condition to cause a denial of service.
The issue occurs because the request is not re-locked on the success path, allowing request abortion to free fuse_io_args while subsequent copy logic still accesses it.
3) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-64027)
CWE-ID: CWE-416 - Use After Free
CVSSv4: 5.7 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free in the net_shaper subsystem when handling concurrent shaper lookups and updates. A local user can trigger a race condition to cause a denial of service.
The issue stems from non-atomic validity marking of XArray entries, which can allow a reader to observe a stale valid state for a replaced entry.
4) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-63979)
CWE-ID: CWE-416 - Use After Free
CVSSv4: 6.8 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free in the net/handshake accept-side request handling code when processing queued handshake requests during concurrent cancellation. A local user can trigger a race condition to cause a denial of service.
The issue occurs because the accept side dereferences req->hr_sk->sk_socket->file after the request is removed from the pending list, while a concurrent cancellation path can release sock->file, clear sk_socket, or free the associated struct socket.
5) Race condition (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-63978)
CWE-ID: CWE-362 - Concurrent Execution using Shared Resource with Improper Synchronization ('Race Condition')
CVSSv4: 5.7 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a race condition in net/handshake request draining during net namespace exit when canceling pending handshake requests concurrently with namespace teardown. A local user can trigger concurrent handshake request cancellation and net namespace destruction to cause a denial of service.
The issue affects pending handshake requests that have not yet been accepted and can result in list corruption or a request being freed while still linked on the drain loop's local list.
6) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-64109)
CWE-ID: CWE-416 - Use After Free
CVSSv4: 6.8 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to use-after-free in unix_stream_data_wait() in net/unix/af_unix.c when processing racing recv() operations on the same AF_UNIX stream socket. A local user can trigger concurrent peek and normal receive operations to cause a denial of service.
Exploitation requires a race condition between a peeking recv() call and a normal recv() call on the same socket.
7) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-64523)
CWE-ID: CWE-416 - Use After Free
CVSSv4: 6.8 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free in handshake_req_submit() and the net/handshake request handling code when processing a pending handshake request while the associated socket file is released concurrently. A local user can trigger a race involving socket teardown and handshake submission to cause a denial of service.
The issue arises because a socket reference alone does not keep the backing struct socket alive, and a concurrent cancellation or completion path can race request cleanup.
8) Improper input validation (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-68136)
CWE-ID: CWE-20 - Improper input validation
CVSSv4: 8.7 [CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to improper state validation in skb_gro_receive_list() in the GRO subsystem when processing flush-marked aggregated packets. A remote attacker can send specially crafted network traffic to cause a denial of service.
The issue can corrupt the frag_list chain and later trigger a kernel panic when skb_segment() processes the malformed packet state.
9) Race condition (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-68338)
CWE-ID: CWE-362 - Concurrent Execution using Shared Resource with Improper Synchronization ('Race Condition')
CVSSv4: 6.8 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a race condition in packet_set_ring() and packet fanout hook handling in net/packet/af_packet.c when reconfiguring a packet socket ring while a network device is being unregistered. A local user can trigger ring reconfiguration during device unregister handling to cause a denial of service.
The issue occurs when a stale running state causes fanout hook re-registration after the device binding has already been invalidated.
10) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-72083)
CWE-ID: CWE-416 - Use After Free
CVSSv4: 7.1 [CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]
The vulnerability allows a remote user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free in core_scsi3_emulate_pro_register_and_move() when processing a crafted iSCSI TransportID in a PERSISTENT RESERVE OUT REGISTER AND MOVE parameter list. A remote user can send a specially crafted request to cause a denial of service.
The issue is triggered when the parameter list spans more than one page, causing the ISID pointer to reference an unmapped region after the buffer is torn down.
11) Improper Check or Handling of Exceptional Conditions (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-74515)
CWE-ID: CWE-703 - Improper Check or Handling of Exceptional Conditions
CVSSv4: 6.8 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]
The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to improper state validation in kvm_s390_pci_aif_enable() when handling repeated requests to enable adapter interrupt forwarding for the same zPCI device. A local user can issue the ioctl multiple times to cause a denial of service.
The issue can also overwrite and leak resources if the operation is invoked repeatedly for the same device.
12) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-74631)
CWE-ID: CWE-416 - Use After Free

The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to use-after-free in usbdev_release() in usbfs when draining completed asynchronous URBs after a USB device is disconnected. A local user can mmap a usbfs device node and submit an asynchronous URB using a mapped buffer before unmapping and closing the associated file descriptor to cause a denial of service.
14) Improper Preservation of Permissions (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-89638)
CWE-ID: CWE-281 - Improper preservation of permissions
CVSSv4: 8.5 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges.
The vulnerability exists due to improper preservation of permissions in the cifs_setattr_unix() and cifs_setattr_nounix() routines when processing writes to files with setuid or setgid bits set. A local user can write to such a file and retain its setuid or setgid bits on the server to escalate privileges.
The issue occurs when the mount stores modes on the server through cifsacl or modefromsid, SMB3.1.1 POSIX extensions, or SMB1 Unix extensions.
15) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-89777)
CWE-ID: CWE-416 - Use After Free
