Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to bypass implemented security restrictions.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient implementation of security measures in Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC). A local administrator can bypass implemented security restrictions and run unauthorized applications.
