Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error within the perf_event_detach_bpf_prog() function in kernel/trace/bpf_trace.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
