Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to resource management error within the xe_exec_queue_is_idle() and xe_exec_queue_update_run_ticks() functions in drivers/gpu/drm/xe/xe_exec_queue.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
